Job Title: Accident & Property Damage Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of accident and property damage cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
• Appear in court and represent clients during hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience practicing accident and property damage law
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Title: Labor & Employment Law Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of labor and employment law cases
• Provide legal advice to clients on labor and employment law matters
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation
• Stay current on changes in labor and employment law
• Work with clients to develop strategies to achieve their goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience practicing labor and employment law
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
