Job Title: Immigration Attorney

Luis Ruiz Law is a well-established law firm specializing in immigration law based in Houston, Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic and dedicated team of professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients regarding immigration law matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients’ cases
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, applications, and declarations
• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm
• Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing immigration law
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
