We Are Hiring: Family Medicine Physician
We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team at El Centro De Corazon – Eastwood Health Center. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will play a critical role in providing primary care services to patients of all ages. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- Current state medical license
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Family Medicine preferred
