Are you passionate about Creole and Cajun cuisine? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? If so, we want you to join our team at Hank’s Crawfish Bar & Grill. We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook a variety of Creole and Cajun dishes according to recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

2. Server

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take and accurately input food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and drinks to guests while providing exceptional service
• Attend to guests’ needs and address any concerns in a timely manner

3. Bartender

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations and personalized service
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Adhere to all responsible alcohol service guidelines

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

For Line Cook:

• Prior experience working in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of Creole and Cajun cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus

For Server:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy restaurant environment
• Previous experience in a serving role preferred
• Knowledge of Creole and Cajun cuisine is a plus

For Bartender:

• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional drinks
• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting
• Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus
