Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze market trends to identify potential development opportunities
• Negotiate with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to acquire land for development
• Develop financial projections and perform feasibility studies for new projects
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to design and plan new residential developments
• Oversee the permitting process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in real estate development
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
