Current Open Positions:
Clayton Personnel Services is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
- Employment Recruiter – In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various job openings. You will work closely with both job seekers and employers to ensure successful placements.
- Employment Coordinator – As an Employment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the placement process from start to finish. This includes scheduling interviews, coordinating job offers, and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Temporary Staffing Specialist – This position involves matching temporary employees with short-term assignments based on their skills and availability. You will work closely with both candidates and clients to ensure a successful placement.
Qualifications:
To be considered for a position with Clayton Personnel Services, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
