We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Child Care Provider

As a Child Care Provider at Christchurch Learning Center, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a patient and nurturing demeanor, and the ability to create a safe and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and engaging children in age-appropriate activities
• Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children
• Collaborating with parents and staff to ensure the well-being of each child
• Maintaining a clean and organized childcare space

2. Social Service Coordinator

As a Social Service Coordinator at Christchurch Learning Center, you will be responsible for providing support and resources to individuals and families in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing the needs of clients and developing individualized service plans
• Connecting clients to community resources and support services
• Providing counseling and advocacy for clients facing difficult situations
• Collaborating with other social service organizations to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Requirements:

For both positions, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• A passion for working with individuals of all ages
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
