Are you passionate about plants, trees, and all things garden-related? Do you have a green thumb and a desire to work in a beautiful outdoor setting? If so, we want to hear from you! Joshua’s Native Plants & Garden Antiques is currently looking to add a new team member to our growing business.

Position: Garden Center and Nursery Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with plant and tree selections
• Provide guidance on caring for plants and trees
• Maintain a clean and organized garden center
• Water and fertilize plants as needed
• Assist with inventory management
• Help load plants into customer vehicles

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a garden center or nursery preferred
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
