Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests? Do you have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills? If so, Lumen Lounge is looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Positions Available

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
– Bartenders
– Servers
– Hosts/Hostesses
– Barbacks

Job Responsibilities

Bartenders:

– Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to guests
– Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
– Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere

Servers:

– Take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests
– Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items
– Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and addressing any concerns

Hosts/Hostesses:

– Greet guests and seat them in a timely manner
– Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
– Coordinate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests

Barbacks:

– Assist bartenders in stocking and replenishing bar supplies
– Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
– Support bartenders and servers in providing exceptional service to guests

Qualifications

– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
– Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Must be at least 21 years old to apply
