We are Hiring: Cocktail Lounge Bartender

Job Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests
• Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes that align with the lounge’s concept
• Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to promote a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a cocktail lounge or similar establishment
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of orders
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-notch service
