Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of roofing projects
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations
• Inspect and assess roofs for damage and necessary repairs

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a general contractor in the roofing industry
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Title: Roofing Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain roofs on residential and commercial buildings
• Work with a variety of roofing materials, including shingles, metal, and tiles
• Ensure proper ventilation and insulation of roofs
• Identify and address any roofing issues or potential problems
• Follow safety protocols and best practices at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a roofing contractor
• Knowledge of different roofing systems and materials
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Certifications or licenses in roofing are a plus
