Job Title: Legal Service Plan Specialist

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Legal Service Plan Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of legal service plans for our clients. You will work closely with our attorneys to ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively, providing our clients with the peace of mind they deserve. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal services and a passion for helping others navigate the legal system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of legal service plans for clients
• Coordinate with attorneys to address client needs and provide timely support
• Review and analyze legal documents and agreements
• Assist clients in understanding their legal rights and options
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field
• 2+ years of experience in legal services or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software programs
