Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences? Adair Kitchen is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in various roles within our Bars, American Restaurants, and Family Style Restaurants. If you have a passion for food, customer service, and teamwork, we want to hear from you!

Position: Bartender

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve drinks with a focus on quality and presentation
– Engage with guests, take orders, and make recommendations
– Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
– Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to provide a seamless dining experience

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a similar role preferred
– Strong knowledge of various types of beverages and cocktail recipes
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TABC) is a plus

Position: Line Cook

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
– Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
– Assist in the setup and cleanup of the kitchen area
– Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a similar role preferred
– Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure
– Team player with a positive attitude
– Culinary certification or training is a plus

Position: Server

Responsibilities:

– Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
– Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
– Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
– Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
– Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and workspace

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
– Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
– Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
