Job Description

We are currently seeking a hardworking and dedicated Herb Farm Worker to join our team. As a Herb Farm Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the herb farm operations, including planting, weeding, harvesting, and processing herbs. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor and a passion for working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planting and maintaining herb crops
• Weeding and pest control
• Harvesting herbs by hand
• Processing herbs for sale
• Maintaining farm equipment and tools
• Assisting with farm events and workshops

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

Required Skills:

• Previous experience working on a farm or in agricultural settings
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Knowledge of basic farm equipment and tools
• Passion for working outdoors and in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with organic farming practices
• Knowledge of herb cultivation and processing
• Interest in holistic health and wellness
• Basic knowledge of plant identification
