Position: Medical Spa Receptionist

Your Best Body Today is a leading provider of Medical Spa services in the greater metropolitan area. We offer a wide range of treatments including laser skin resurfacing, botox injections, dermal fillers, and more. Our mission is to help our clients achieve their best possible body and feel confident in their own skin.

Job Description:

• Welcome and greet clients as they arrive at the spa
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Explain treatments and services to clients
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of products

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical spa treatments and services a plus
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
