Are you looking to join a dynamic team that is committed to excellence in disaster restoration and building maintenance? Paramount Catastrophe Services is currently seeking candidates to fill the following positions:

1. Restoration Technician

As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in our disaster restoration projects. You will be responsible for responding to emergencies, assessing damage, and implementing restoration plans to bring properties back to their pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities:
– Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification
– Remove damaged materials and debris
– Clean and sanitize affected areas
– Rebuild structures and restore properties
– Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:
– Prior experience in disaster restoration preferred
– IICRC certification is a plus
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Valid driver’s license

2. Building Maintenance Technician

Our Building Maintenance Technicians play a critical role in ensuring that our clients’ properties are well-maintained and safe. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular inspections of properties
– Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
– Troubleshoot and repair minor issues
– Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger repairs
– Keep accurate records of maintenance activities

Requirements:
– Previous experience in building maintenance
– Knowledge of basic repair techniques
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed
