Job Title: Pool Plastering Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform pool plastering, repair, and construction tasks according to company standards
• Prepare pool surfaces for plastering and apply plaster materials with precision
• Repair cracks, chips, and other damages in pool surfaces
• Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pool plastering, repair, or construction
• Knowledge of pool construction materials and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
