Job Title: Library Development Coordinator
Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Library Development Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the development and growth of the Houston Public Library Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage donor databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns and events
- Assist with grant writing and reporting
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors and community partners
- Collaborate with internal departments to support Foundation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in fundraising or development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor databases
