Our menu features a variety of traditional dishes such as tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and more, all prepared with a modern twist. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Garay Mexican Grill. If you have a love for Mexican cuisine and a desire to provide exceptional service to our guests, we want to hear from you!

We are hiring for the following positions:

• Line Cook
• Server
• Dishwasher
• Host/Hostess

Job Responsibilities

Line Cook

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and guidelines
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas

Server

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely fashion
• Provide attentive and courteous service throughout the meal

Dishwasher

• Operate and maintain the dishwashing equipment
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using proper sanitation techniques
• Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
• Assist with food prep and kitchen cleaning tasks as needed

Host/Hostess

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
• Seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Manage reservations and waitlists
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about food and hospitality and who are eager to learn and grow with our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
