Position: Florist

We are seeking an experienced Florist to join our team at Tanglewood Flowers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, creativity, and a keen eye for design. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces for our clients. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that each arrangement is unique and tailored to their specific occasion.

Responsibilities:

• Create custom floral designs for weddings, events, and everyday occasions
• Assist customers in choosing the perfect flowers and arrangements
• Manage inventory and order flowers and supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Deliver flowers to customers as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a florist
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
• Excellent design and artistic skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful arrangements

Position: Florist Supplies Specialist

In addition to hiring a Florist, we are also looking for a Florist Supplies Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of florist supplies, including vases, ribbons, and floral foam. As a Supplies Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the necessary tools and materials to create our floral arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Order supplies and materials for the shop
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Keep track of supply costs and budget accordingly
• Ensure that all supplies are organized and easily accessible

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of florist supplies and materials
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and accuracy
