Position: Sales Representative

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at M&M Lighting, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in the Landscaping Equipment & Supplies, Light Bulbs & Tubes, and Lighting Fixtures categories. Your main goal will be to promote our products, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of the lighting industry and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the lighting industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Landscaping Equipment & Supplies, Light Bulbs & Tubes, and Lighting Fixtures is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred
