Key Responsibilities:

• Performing notarial acts such as acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, affirmations, and other notarial services as needed
• Verifying the identity of signers and administering oaths
• Maintaining accurate records of notarial acts in compliance with state laws
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Keeping up-to-date with notary laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current Notary Public commission in the state where you will be working
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
