We are Hiring for the Following Position: Equipment Rental Specialist

As an Equipment Rental Specialist at Aztec Rental Center, you will be responsible for assisting customers with selecting the right equipment for their projects, providing guidance on proper usage and safety procedures, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained and serviced. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the construction, building, tool rental, and lawn & garden industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate equipment for their specific needs
• Provide guidance on equipment usage and safety procedures
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Process rental agreements and payments accurately
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Deliver and pick up equipment as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the construction, building, tool rental, or lawn & garden industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of equipment and tools
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods
