We are Hiring: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Agent at A&U Insurance, you will play a vital role in educating and assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their individual needs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure their insurance requirements are met efficiently and effectively. This position offers a competitive salary and commission structure, as well as ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
  • Educate clients on the benefits of various insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and business insurance
  • Analyze clients’ insurance needs and provide customized solutions that best fit their requirements
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and policy options to clients
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the policy lifecycle
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
  • Insurance industry experience or relevant certifications (e.g., Property & Casualty license) is a plus
