Position: Roadside Assistance Technician

Job Description:

• Respond to emergency roadside assistance requests promptly and safely
• Provide jump starts, tire changes, lockout services, and fuel delivery to stranded motorists
• Operate towing equipment and trucks in a safe and efficient manner
• Assist with towing and recovery operations as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles and equipment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in automotive roadside service or towing preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
