Position: General Practice Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to family law, criminal defense, estate planning, and personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
• Maintain communication with clients and keep them informed about the progress of their cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in a general practice setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
