We are Currently Hiring for the Following Position:

Position: Forklift Technician

Job Description:

As a Forklift Technician at Houston Industrial Lift, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of forklifts and trucks. This includes diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment meets safety standards. You will work closely with our team of skilled technicians to keep our machines operating at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspecting forklifts and trucks for mechanical issues
• Performing repairs on engines, transmissions, and other components
• Completing scheduled maintenance tasks
• Testing equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Keeping detailed records of service and repairs
• Adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a forklift technician or similar role
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Certification from an accredited technical school or program (preferred)
