Pet Food Specialist

As a Pet Food Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in selecting the best food products for their pets based on their specific needs and dietary restrictions
• Providing helpful information and recommendations to pet owners regarding pet nutrition and wellness
• Keeping shelves stocked and organized with a variety of high-quality pet food brands
• Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on the latest pet food trends and products

Pet Services Associate

As a Pet Services Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting pet owners in scheduling grooming appointments, veterinary visits, and other pet services
• Providing information on training classes, pet sitting services, and other pet-related resources
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for all pets in the store
• Developing relationships with local pet service providers to offer a comprehensive range of services to our customers

Pet Specialty Services Coordinator

The Pet Specialty Services Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of our pet specialty services, such as pet training classes and behavioral consultations
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our specialty services to pet owners in the community
• Working closely with trainers, behaviorists, and other pet professionals to provide exceptional services to our customers
• Tracking customer feedback and making improvements to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications

To be considered for a position at Pet Stop On Woodway, you must:

• Have a genuine love and passion for animals
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team environment
• Have a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the pet industry is a plus, but not required
