Job Title: Party Planning Assistant

Job Description

As a Party Planning Assistant at Izzycakes, you will work closely with our experienced team of party planners to create unforgettable events for our clients. You will assist with organizing and coordinating all aspects of children’s parties, from selecting themes and decorations to managing party activities and entertainment. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for making children smile will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with brainstorming and developing party themes
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of party supplies
• Set up and decorate party venues according to the client’s preferences
• Supervise and engage children in party activities and games
• Ensure that all party guests are having a great time and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Prior experience in party planning or event coordination is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creativity and ability to think on your feet
• Passion for creating memorable experiences for children
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
