Position: Flooring Installation Technician

Location: Various locations across the United States

Job Description:

As a Flooring Installation Technician at Floors Inc, you will be responsible for installing a wide range of flooring materials, including hardwood floors, vinyl, tile, laminate, and carpet. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their flooring needs are met with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch workmanship.

Job Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas
• Prepare subfloors for installation
• Install various types of flooring according to manufacturer guidelines
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in flooring installation preferred
• Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
