Position: Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Cajun Town Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of seafood and Creole dishes. Your primary duties will include:

• Preparing ingredients for menu items
• Cooking dishes according to recipes and specifications
• Ensuring food quality and presentation meet our standards
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cooking and a keen attention to detail. Prior experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn.

Position: Server

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking food and drink orders
• Delivering orders promptly and accurately
• Providing recommendations on menu items
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
