Job Title: Pizza Chef

As a Pizza Chef at Sicily Pizza and Pasta, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature pizzas using traditional methods and recipes. We are looking for candidates who have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pizza dough and toppings according to recipes
• Cook pizzas in a wood-fired oven
• Ensure the quality and presentation of pizzas meet our standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Food handler’s certification is preferred

Job Title: Catering Assistant

Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure events run smoothly? Sicily Pizza and Pasta is looking for a Catering Assistant to help with our catering services for private events, parties, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation and set-up for catering events
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Ensure all catering equipment is clean and in working order
• Help with clean-up and break down after events

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering or food service
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Title: Server

Are you outgoing, friendly, and love to interact with people? Sicily Pizza and Pasta is seeking Servers to provide exceptional service to our guests in the dining room.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
• Take customer orders and answer menu questions
• Deliver food and beverages to tables
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining room
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine is a plus
