• Line Cook
• Server
• Dishwasher

Responsibilities

Line Cook

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Ensure kitchen area is clean and sanitized at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

Server

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or special requests

Dishwasher

• Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Support kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace

Host/Hostess

• Welcome guests and manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Ensure a smooth flow of service by coordinating with servers and kitchen staff
• Assist with taking to-go orders and answering phone inquiries

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and are dedicated to providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidates will also possess the following qualifications:

Line Cook

• Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Server

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods
• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality

Dishwasher

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• A team player who works well in a fast-paced environment

Host/Hostess

• Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy restaurant setting
• Experience using reservation systems is a plus
