Dr. Alford is a board-certified plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist with extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Our practice is committed to providing personalized care and innovative treatments that exceed our patients’ expectations.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

1. Physician & Surgeon specializing in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, as well as a commitment to delivering the highest quality of care to our patients. Responsibilities include:

• Performing cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries, including breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, facelifts, and reconstructive procedures
• Evaluating patients to determine their candidacy for surgery
• Developing treatment plans and providing pre- and post-operative care
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

2. Physician & Surgeon specializing in Otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat)

We are also seeking a dedicated Otorhinolaryngologist to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and treating disorders of the ear, nose, and throat, as well as a commitment to providing comprehensive care to our patients. Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and treating ear, nose, and throat conditions, such as sinusitis, tonsillitis, and hearing loss
• Performing surgical procedures, including tonsillectomies, septoplasties, and thyroidectomies
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as MRIs and CT scans
• Providing ongoing care and monitoring patients’ progress

Qualifications:

The successful candidates for these positions will possess the following qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery or Otorhinolaryngology
• Active medical license in the state of Texas
• Excellent surgical skills and a commitment to patient safety
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
