Our team of talented attorneys has over 20 years of experience in helping clients navigate the complexities of bankruptcy law and achieve the best possible outcome for their financial situations.

We are currently seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to bankruptcy, including Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and business bankruptcy cases.
• Assist clients in understanding their rights and obligations under bankruptcy law.
• Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other legal documents.
• Negotiate with creditors on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the bankruptcy process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing bankruptcy law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
