We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Service Plan Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for clients and a strong background in legal practice.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice to clients enrolled in legal service plans
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Research and analyze complex legal issues to provide accurate and timely advice
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the legal service plan industry
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient and effective legal representation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on legal service plans
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
