Job Responsibilities:

As an attorney at Baumgartner Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases in your area of expertise. Some of the responsibilities include:

• Conducting legal research and analysis related to accident and property damage cases, as well as corporation and partnership law matters.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their cases and provide guidance on legal options and strategies.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Representing clients in court and negotiating settlements on their behalf.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.

Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school and a valid license to practice law in the state where you will be working.
• At least 3 years of experience practicing law in the areas of accident and property damage law, or corporation and partnership law.
• Demonstrated expertise in researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex legal issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
