Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with passport photo requirements and specifications
• Provide information on visa application processes and requirements for various countries
• Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate for visa applications
• Communicate with embassies and consulates to obtain relevant information for customers
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the process

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in passport and visa services preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
