Position: Appliance Sales Associate

Job Description

Acceptance Appliance Center is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Appliance Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the appliance industry. As an Appliance Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect laundry equipment, major appliances, or range & oven products to suit their needs. You will provide product information, demonstrate the features of different appliances, and answer any questions that customers may have. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, and helping to meet sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right laundry equipment, major appliances, or range & oven products based on their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in appliance sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of laundry equipment, major appliances, or range & oven products
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
