About Us:

Heights Assembly of God Church has been serving the community for over 50 years, providing spiritual guidance, support, and a place of worship for all who seek it. Our diverse congregation is made up of individuals and families from all walks of life, united in their faith and their desire to serve others. We offer a variety of programs and services, including worship services, community outreach, and youth ministry, all aimed at helping our members grow in their faith and connect with others.

Current Job Openings:

1. Youth Minister:

• Develop and lead youth programs and activities
• Provide spiritual guidance and support to young members of the congregation
• Plan and organize youth events, trips, and retreats
• Work with volunteers and parents to ensure the success of youth programs

2. Worship Leader:

• Lead worship services and music ministry
• Select hymns and songs for services in collaboration with the pastor
• Recruit and train musicians and singers for the worship team
• Create a welcoming and engaging worship experience for all attendees

3. Outreach Coordinator:

• Develop and implement outreach programs to engage the local community
• Coordinate community service projects and events
• Build relationships with local organizations and groups to expand outreach efforts
• Recruit and train volunteers for outreach activities

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their faith and committed to serving others. The following qualifications are preferred for all positions:

• Active member of Heights Assembly of God Church or willingness to become a member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse groups of people
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
