About Us

Chez Michelle Restaurant is a family-owned African restaurant that prides itself on serving delicious and authentic cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our menu features a variety of traditional African dishes made from the finest ingredients, giving our customers a taste of home away from home.

We are hiring for the following positions:

• Chef de Partie: We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for African cuisine and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Server: We are seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our front of house team as Servers. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
• Bartender: We are looking for a skilled Bartender to craft delicious cocktails and provide top-notch service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a bar or restaurant and a strong knowledge of mixology.
• Line Cook: We are hiring Line Cooks to assist our chefs in preparing and cooking our signature dishes. Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred, but we are willing to train individuals who are passionate about food.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about food and hospitality, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. In addition, the following qualifications are preferred for each position:

Chef de Partie

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of African cuisine
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Server

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team

Bartender

• Experience working in a bar or restaurant
• Knowledge of mixology and cocktail making
• Excellent communication skills

Line Cook

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail
