Copperfield Counseling & Psychotherapy is a well-established mental health practice in the heart of the city. We are dedicated to providing high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and children. Our team of licensed therapists is committed to helping clients overcome challenges and achieve their wellness goals. We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate counselors to join our team.

Position: Licensed Counselor

Location: City, State

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and child counseling sessions
• Develop treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources
• Participate in team meetings and consultation

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensed as a Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, or Psychologist
• Experience providing counseling services to diverse populations
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
