We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Fishmonger:
We are looking for a skilled Fishmonger to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of different types of fish and seafood, as well as experience in filleting, scaling, and cleaning fish. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and inspecting fish deliveries
- Cutting and preparing fish for display and sale
- Providing customers with information on different types of fish and cooking methods
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Seafood Cook:
We are seeking a talented Seafood Cook to work in our kitchen. The successful candidate will have experience working with a variety of seafood and creating delicious dishes. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing seafood dishes according to recipes
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Maintaining inventory of seafood ingredients
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to create new menu items
Customer Service Representative:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with their seafood selections
- Handling transactions at the cash register
- Answering customer inquiries in person and over the phone
- Ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about seafood and dedicated to providing a top-notch customer experience. The following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience working in a fish market, seafood restaurant, or restaurant setting
