Job Description:

As an Energy Consultant at One Stop Tax Services, Inc., you will play a crucial role in educating customers about energy conservation, assisting them in choosing the right products and services to reduce their energy consumption, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. You will be responsible for analyzing customer’s energy usage, recommending solutions to improve efficiency, and promoting our services to help them save money in the long run.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on energy conservation practices and benefits
• Conduct energy audits to assess customer’s energy usage
• Recommend appropriate energy conservation products and services
• Create customized energy-saving plans for each customer
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support
• Promote One Stop Tax Services, Inc. and its offerings

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the energy industry is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of energy conservation practices and products
