Position: Child Care Staff

Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives? If so, we want you to join our team at Intelligent Minds Development as a Child Care Staff member. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages, assisting with their daily routines, planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for children to learn and play.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervising and interacting with children during playtime
• Assisting with meal times and snacks
• Implementing age-appropriate activities and educational programs
• Providing a safe and secure environment for children
• Communicating with parents and caregivers about children’s progress
• Maintaining a clean and organized classroom
• Ensuring the well-being of all children in your care

Qualifications

To be considered for the Child Care Staff position at Intelligent Minds Development, you must meet the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a child care setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
