We are Hiring:

Position: Sushi Chef

As a Sushi Chef at Tokyo Japan Sushi & Grill Buffet, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that delight our guests. We are looking for a skilled and experienced sushi chef who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and takes pride in their work. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes using traditional techniques
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a sushi chef
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi techniques
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus

Position: Server

We are also seeking dedicated and friendly Servers to join our team. As a Server at Tokyo Japan Sushi & Grill Buffet, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a warm and welcoming personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality, we would love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly and professionally
• Address any customer concerns or requests with a positive attitude
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus
