We are currently looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Party & Event Planners

As a Party & Event Planner at My Castle Boutique, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of our clients’ events, from initial consultation to execution. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their vision and needs for the event
  • Create detailed event proposals, including budget estimates and timelines
  • Source and manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee event logistics
  • Ensure that all aspects of the event run smoothly and according to plan

Dressmakers

As a Dressmaker at My Castle Boutique, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent and creativity by designing and creating custom-made garments for our clients. This role requires excellent sewing skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for fashion trends.

  • Collaborate with clients to design and tailor garments for special occasions
  • Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments to create unique pieces
  • Take accurate measurements and ensure the perfect fit for each client
  • Work closely with the Party & Event Planners to coordinate outfits with event themes

Party Favors, Supplies & Services

As part of the Party Favors, Supplies & Services team at My Castle Boutique, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, creating, and assembling unique party favors and supplies for our clients’ events. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Source and purchase party supplies, decorations, and favors
  • Create custom party favors and gift packages based on client preferences
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and setup of party supplies
  • Assist in setting up and decorating event venues as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience in event planning, dressmaking, or party supplies is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences for clients
