We are Hiring for Various Positions at Our Baptist Church

Sunny is a welcoming and vibrant Baptist church located in the heart of the community. We are committed to spreading the message of the gospel, fostering a sense of community, and helping those in need. We are currently looking to expand our team and have several exciting job opportunities available for dedicated individuals who are passionate about serving others.

Available Positions:

1. Youth Pastor

• Lead and oversee all youth ministry activities
• Create engaging programs and events for teenagers
• Provide mentoring and support to young members of the congregation

2. Music Director

• Coordinate music for worship services and special events
• Lead rehearsals for the church choir and musicians
• Select music that aligns with the church’s values and beliefs

3. Outreach Coordinator

• Develop and implement outreach programs in the community
• Build partnerships with local organizations and businesses
• Organize volunteer opportunities for church members

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who are committed to their faith and have a passion for serving others. The following qualifications are preferred for all positions:

• Active membership in a Baptist church
• Demonstrated experience working in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
