1. Line Cook

• Prepares food according to recipe specifications
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace
• Ensures food quality and presentation

2. Server

• Greets and seats guests
• Takes food and drink orders
• Delivers food to tables and provides excellent customer service

3. Bartender

• Creates and serves drinks according to recipes
• Interacts with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintains cleanliness of the bar area
