We are currently hiring for the following position:

Line Cook:

As a Line Cook at Mi Casa De Sabor Bar and Grill, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious and authentic Mexican dishes for our guests. We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who is passionate about food and dedicated to delivering high-quality meals. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Ensure the kitchen area is clean and organized at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Solid understanding of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Food Handler’s certification is preferred
